I have been locating and completing sets of fine china to casual dinnerware for over 12 years. I started doing this as a hobby only to realize how much I appreciated the artwork that goes into fine china and dinnerware. I found it came naturally to me to find items that others were searching for. I continued this and it expanded year after year until I am now opening my own store. What I discovered doing this was the personal pleasure to be gained from helping another to create the decor and mood of their home. There is a great difference between a house and a home and if I can help in some small way to add to that creativeness and make it perfect, I know that I have made a difference.

I pride myself on locating items of good to excellent quality and being able to offer them at competitive prices. I will assist in doing pattern identification and I pay attention to what the customer needs and work with them to get the exact items that they want. I have always prided myself on doing professional packaging at reasonable rates. I assisted my own mother in completing her best dinnerware set and I enjoy doing the same for others because I know that some china is passed on from generation to generation. My approach has been to work to give every customer the same sort of service that I would give my own mother.

While we are not the largest dealer we pride ourselves on our customer service. We would rather stay "the smaller company" than to sacrifice personal attention to our customers. Whether your needs are for everyday use or special occasions or Holiday china, my store will pay close attention to your needs. It is hard to describe the satisfaction that I get from helping someone to replace an heirloom or help to create future heirlooms for your daughters and grandchildren. I know the satisfaction I brought to my own mother and I want to be able to do the same for your family.
